Pioneers of Change Pioneers of Change, as part of the celebrations during NY400 week, recently brought together a variety of artists, designers and architects to challenge how we view and define luxury. Conceived and curated by Renny Ramakers, co-founder and director of the Dutch conceptual design company Droog, Pioneers of Change challenges old notions and realities of production and consumption, into intelligent, vibrant and extremely humanistic ones. Pioneers of Change challenges our collective thinking, awakening the materialistic ghosts that came before us, while encouraging a more responsible and sustainable approach to how we might live in the future.
